I will create high accuracy subtitles for a video
Sobre este Serviço
I will add subtitles or closed captions to your videos. If you have a transcript, great! The basic package will cover syncing that to your video. If you don't have a transcript, go for the Standard package: I'll do the subtitles by ear as best I can, though I may have to ask you for help if the dialogue isn't clear at some points. If you expect the video to be viewed with the sound turned off (or by those with hearing impairment), under the Premium package I will also add captions for all the relevant sounds that are not dialogue.
I only speak English, but I will machine translate the subtitles for free in up to three other languages, using LibreTranslate.
When I'm done, I'll ask you if there are any tweaks or fixes to be made, such as words I misheard, or timings and sentence breaks that are not your preference. Be as specific as you can when describing tweaks.
If you realize there are additional tweaks you'd like to make that are not because of my misunderstanding of the first set of tweaks, you can buy an additional revision as a Gig extra.
If you have a logo or graphic you would like appended to or overlaid onto the video, I can do that as a Gig extra.

Perguntas frequentes
Are there options for how the subtitles will look on the video?
Not at current. I could offer customization options with the Advanced Sub Station Alpha format, but for one I don't know how to price these, and for another the file name extension is literally ".ass" which I do not want to have to explain on the front page, lol.
Will you send back a transcription document meant to be readable by itself without the video?
Not with any of the pre-made packages. By transcription, I mean that I will transcribe the video dialogue to subtitles by ear. However, you will receive an SRT file, which can theoretically be converted into a readable transcription fairly easily If you wanted to.
