Customer service manager for online sellers

Sobre mim
I help online sellers with the customer messages that cost money when they go wrong: chargebacks, refund requests and complaints.
I can write the reply to one difficult case, or take over your customer service part time.
Behind this: 10 years of technical support for Acer in France, 5 years of ecommerce support on Amazon, and customer care for a managed WordPress company and an online education programme. My replies are short and built on facts you can prove, and I'll tell you when something isn't working.
I work in English, French and Italian.
