Alongside my engineering role, I served as an Amazon Bar Raiser and completed more than 400 interviews across a wide range of technical roles, teams and seniority levels. I partnered with hiring managers, assessed candidate evidence against role expectations and Amazon’s Leadership Principles, and led debriefs where hiring decisions were made. As a senior software engineer, I also worked on technically demanding systems including Alexa, speech synthesis and large-scale supply-chain simulation. This combination of technical and interviewing experience enables me to ask realistic follow-up questions, recognise strong evidence and provide clear, actionable feedback.
