Kate's notes/edits really pushed me to polish my submission materials to the best (and clearest) versions they could be. She was very kind as well, noting what was done well and where improvements could be made. Delivery was speedier than expected too, and she also helped me determine which version of my queries was strongest!

Everything was delivered on time as expected. I know it was a holiday, so the response was slower. Also, for some reason, my Fiverr doesn't alert me when I get messages, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. Questions were answered.
