Growing up in Miami, Florida, I watched my foster grandmother struggle to perfect the story of her life and that of her late husband. That experience left a lasting impression on me and ultimately shaped the career I have today.
Years later, after becoming a certified writer and editor, I fulfilled a lifelong promise by helping her preserve and perfect their story. It was one of the most meaningful moments of my career and reinforced my passion for helping others tell their stories.
