As Director of IT, I lead the technology function end-to-end — spanning IT operations, service management, R&D, IT consulting, SLA creation, and project management. I own both the strategy and the hands-on delivery of the systems our business runs on. Infrastructure & Cloud: Design and manage hybrid environments across Azure Infrastructure, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, and DNS, including Microsoft 365 and Windows 365 administration, Point-to-Site VPN, and system migrations. Monitoring & Support: Implement Zabbix with tuned alert optimization, and run escalations through Jira Service Desk and tiered technical support. Development & Data: Build in Python and JavaScript on PostgreSQL and Supabase, delivering System Integration across internal platforms and third-party services. IoT: Deploy IoT solutions on Thingsboard for connected-device use cases.
