They worked well, it just felt very rushed and there was not a lot of questions asked or help from my side, after it was said that it was a collaborative process. Also before the final manuscript was sent they asked me for for money even before I saw the result.

I had edits that needed to get done on my Manuscript, after paying for the edits to be done, she kept delaying, 7 days later and I was still not able to get the manuscript. I continued to follow up and she stopped responding overall. I Did not get the completed work.
