I'm Lenny from México.
My favorite hobbies are travel, meditation and yoga.
I being doing yoga for around 7 years and having my certificate of 200hrs. YTT Multi style (Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, alignment and Meditation) in Rishikesh India.
I being Teaching yoga and meditation for personalized class, shalas and group private lessons for around 1 year.
My native language is Spanish but I can speak fluent English, My class can be in both language.
