Many transcription services promise quick turnaround with perfection, even for long and difficult audio files - and sometimes for a low price. However, only very few transcribers on Fiverr can pull this off well, and we know false advertising benefits neither the transcriber nor especially you, the client.
I love transcription, and I love helping and working with people to accomplish this task. I want to save you time from the headache and hassle of transcribing or editing AI transcripts yourself and provide you with high-quality transcripts customised for your specific business or personal goals. In other words, you need professionally- and properly-done transcripts that sell and a trustworthy and dedicated transcriber to get it done on time.

What are your services?
Transcribe/edit AI transcripts in MS Word, Two-layer quality assurance/dual proofreading (Extra), Intelligent transcript by default, Verbatim (Extra), Grammar, spelling, etc (US/UK, etc.), Time stamps (if required), 98-99% Accuracy, Research of unfamiliar terms (if found), Satisfaction guaranteed!
What are your Terms of Service?
Please speak with me before ordering to prevent unnecessary confusion or cancellation. Please also pay attention to my disclaimer in the gig description. I do not accept dishonest business of any kind.
Do you transcribe in other languages?
I transcribe in native English and Patois (Jamaican Creole).
Do you transcribe poor audio and video quality?
Yes, but I would appreciate it if the audio or video is reasonably clear, and I can comfortably listen to it even at half volume. However, it may take longer to transcribe and files will not be 98-99% accurate. Please message me first so I can assess the quality of your file. (Audio cleanup -extra)
Do you accommodate English speakers with unique accents?
Yes, however, it may take longer to transcribe if the speakers' accents are heavy or if there are multiple speakers on the file. An assessment of the audio would help to determine if interpretation is achievable.
Do you provide bulk transcription services?
Yes, I do. Please discuss this with me to determine the details, deadline, and discount for bulk orders worth 6 hours or more audio/video.
Can you deliver rush orders?
If you need an extra fast delivery on your files, especially if they are larger than what my normal delivery times provide, please message me first to determine if this is achievable. This service attracts additional costs.
How are privacy and confidentiality maintained?
I am willing to sign an NDA if required. After your files are transcribed, they are stored on my computer for 14 days until deletion.
Do you charge for editing on a per-word basis?
No. I charge by the audio minutes. While basic editing is done, this is still a transcription service - not a writing gig. Additionally, listening to the audio helps with syntax interpretation.
Why are all your package delivery times 10 days long?
Actual delivery turnaround is in brackets. This is to facilitate flexible working times and to accommodate a fair and reasonable delivery system of large and extra-large files. If you need faster delivery, it will cost extra. Please message me to determine availability or if it's possible.
