The final product looks good but it seemed to take a fair amount of time and effort to get there. Our back and forth making revisions seemed very stilted and there were several details that needed going over. I think it would also have helped if Kayla had the correct information in her profile as that almost dissuaded me from the start.

Kayla did everything I asked. She did it in a very timely manner. Would have been even faster if I would have not continued to ask for more changes.
