During this period, I was tasked with setting up our new support desk and improve our customer journey, which included the authoring of hundreds of articles for both internal use, and customer facing support. I pride myself on the work me and my team put in to communicate everything from the intricacies of the company's custom CRM-system to how to better approach, ensure, and communicate with clients who often faced sensitive or precarious situations. This work honed my communication skills, and made me realize how much connection plays a part in written communication, wether it's corporate copy—or literary writing.
