I currently work in a charity, helping service users shape services based on their needs and experiences. Before this, I spent 5 years as a User Researcher, and earlier in my career worked in academia researching serious gaming, digital skills, healthy lifestyles, and education. My strengths include literature reviews, data analysis, report writing, guidance, proofreading, and sense-checking.
