I lead a romance-focused editorial team dedicated to helping fiction authors develop stronger, more engaging manuscripts. My work focuses on developmental editing, manuscript evaluation, plot structure, story pacing, character development, romantic tension, and editorial feedback. I coordinate a collaborative editing process covering romance manuscript editing, proofreading, story critiques, and chapter-by-chapter plot development. Our editorial focus includes contemporary romance, dark romance, romantasy, paranormal romance, and fantasy fiction. I work to ensure each manuscript receives thoughtful editorial attention, consistent feedback, and practical revision recommendations while preserving the author's individual writing style.
