Developed and optimized an efficient workflow combining reality capture, RealityCapture, and Unreal Engine 5, standardizing outputs across static renders, panoramic tours, and interactive applications. Coordinated internal resources and team efforts to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery within budget. Led the team's transition from traditional renderings to real‑time interactivity and virtual walkthroughs, strengthening the studio's competitiveness in the high‑end market.
