Every document is customized to your company’s size, industry, and culture. I gather details from you first (e.g., reporting lines, KPIs, compliance needs) and then draft from scratch. Templates may serve as a starting structure, but the content is tailored specifically for your business.
Do you recruit and deliver candidates, or just provide job descriptions?
I do both. For recruitment, I source candidates, review CVs, and share a shortlist with you. You still make the final hiring decision. This way, you save time and only interview qualified profiles.
How do you handle confidentiality of my company data and candidate details?
All information you share is kept private. I work with international clients and follow strict confidentiality practices. If required, I can sign an NDA before starting.
