What do we need to provide you before starting the project?
1. Please first inbox me to discuss all your project requirements, and also send the source file for your relevant design: InDesign Package Folder, Word Document, PowerPoint Presentation, etc. 2. Any specific design assets used in your design (like logos, fonts, color pallets, images, etc.).
How is your pricing structured?
My gig starts at $30-$40 per page/slide depending on the scope of your design and project requirements. Please inbox me before placing the order with your requirements and files so that I can confirm the cost and estimated delivery time.
What types of files can you convert to Figma?
I can convert/redesign from Adobe InDesign (.indd/.idml), Microsoft Word (.docx), and PowerPoint (.pptx) into editable, organized Figma files.
What other types of documents can you convert/redesign in Figma?
I can also convert files from some other software like Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Publisher, Canva, and even if you only have PDFs.
Will my Figma file be 100% editable?
Absolutely. You’ll be able to update text, replace images, tweak layouts, edit components and assets, and collaborate in real-time — without needing my help for future changes.
Do you redesign/convert existing designs in Figma or can you also create new designs?
Both, but the pricing in gig is only for redesigning/converting existing designs in Figma. You can further discuss your requirements about new design version of your document/presentation to better align with your brand.
Will you create reusable components & assets in Figma?
Yes. I will convert your existing InDesign, Word, or PowerPoint document into a fully editable Figma file with reusable components and assets such as headers, footers, buttons, and repeated layout elements, so you can easily make changes without redesigning each page.
Do you set up text styles and color styles in Figma?
Absolutely. I’ll define consistent text styles (headings, subheadings, body text) and color styles so your team can maintain brand consistency and make global changes instantly.
Can you make my document responsive in Figma?
Yes, I can, if required, I can set up layouts with auto-layout and constraints so your design adapts to different screen sizes or formats. Please further discuss with me about this additional requirement so that I can confirm the cost for it.
