Diagnose and fix email programs that aren't performing. Full Klaviyo account audits, flow and deliverability troubleshooting, and platform migrations (Omnisend, Mailchimp and others into Klaviyo). I fix the plumbing behind the emails, broken form-to-list connections, leads that get captured but never nurtured, integrations that silently stopped syncing, and sender/deliverability issues that quietly kill open rates. Set up proper segmentation and tracking so clients can actually see what's working. The result is a clean, connected account where every lead enters the right journey instead of getting lost.
