Do you record full phone/IVR prompt sets?
Yes - full menu trees, hold messages, voicemail greetings. Add Split Files so each prompt is a separate file. Note the labeling convention you want in the requirements.
Do you offer script proofreading?
Yes, as an add-on. I'll flag unclear phrasing, awkward structure, and anything that reads fine on paper but sounds off when spoken.
