Sobre mim
I help founders and ops teams tighten sourcing and logistics so spend, lead time, and risk stay under control. With 6+ years as a Purchasing & Logistics Manager in medical/industrial gas-control hardware (ISO 13485), plus Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Finance, I bring practical buying and cost discipline—not theory decks.
I support supplier sourcing, RFQ/RFP design, vendor scorecards, landed-cost and lead-time analysis, and purchasing/logistics process cleanup. I work in English and Mandarin with clear deliverables you can use with suppliers right away.
