I worked with a company called TubeOrbit, which needed a YouTube channel manager to handle their content ideation, create strategies, and help scale their channels. I joined them to take on this role, focusing on developing content plans, researching topics, and optimizing their channels for growth. Through my work, their channels became successful and even went viral, gaining significant traction and engagement. I provided in-depth services, covering every aspect of channel management. This included brainstorming video ideas, planning content strategies, guiding their video production process, overseeing thumbnails and titles, and managing uploads. My involvement helped TubeOrbit not only run their own channels effectively but also offer services to their clients, using the systems and strategies I implemented. Currently, I continue to work with them as a part-time YouTube channel manager and consultant. In this role, I handle all the issues that arise on their channels, advise on content and growth strategies, and provide ongoing support to ensure consistent performance and engagement. I work closely with their team to make sure each channel maintains quality, relevance, and growth momentum. Overall, my experience with TubeOrbit allowed me to manage real channels in a hands-on way, from strategy and planning to execution and optimization. I helped scale multiple channels, create structured content strategies, and support their client services, all while providing professional guidance and management as a dedicated consultant.
