1. Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Every project is unique. Please message us first so we can review your files, provide an accurate quote, and schedule our studio's queue efficiently.
2. What do you need to get started on my project?
We need your completed 3D model (.SKP), material references, and lighting preferences. But don't worry once you place an order, our system will automatically guide you through a detailed, step-by-step requirement form so you can upload everything easily and securely!
3. Can you create both interior and exterior 3D renderings?
Yes, our studio specializes in both interior and exterior visualizations. Whether it is a high-end residential space, a commercial cafe, or an architectural facade, we apply the same meticulous photorealistic process to deliver stunning, presentation-ready images for you
4. Do you provide design from scratch, or only rendering?
We provide both. This Gig focuses on rendering existing 3D models, but my office also offers full-service interior design. Message us for a custom design-from-scratch offer!
5. What do you need to design from scratch (no 3D)?
We need clear 2D floor plans with exact dimensions, reference images (mood boards), and a design brief. Rough sketches are acceptable as long as the measurements are 100% accurate.
6. Do you deliver the 3D source files?
For "Full Design" custom offers, source files can be added. However, for this Photorealistic Rendering Gig, we DO NOT provide source files. Our lighting setups and workflows are strictly internal to our studio.
7. Does size and complexity affect the final price?
Yes. The listed packages are baselines for standard-sized rooms. Highly complex spaces, large commercial areas, or projects with intricate detailing will require a custom quote.
8. How does the revision process work?
Revisions can be creatively used to adjust the lighting mood (e.g., changing a Daytime render into a warm Nighttime ambiance). This flexibility lets you choose the best atmosphere for your clients. Note: Revisions cover lighting and material tweaks, not major 3D remodeling.
9. Can you create custom packages?
Yes. If your project scale or specific requirements do not fit the standard packages, please reach out. We will gladly create a tailored, comprehensive studio proposal for you.
