Founded and operated a multi-channel ecommerce brand, applying launch strategy and product repositioning decisions across Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy. I began with 3 custom-designed vanity light SKUs developed with manufacturers and sold through initial inventory, but high production costs, bulky storage, and Amazon fees made the category capital-intensive. Based on these constraints, I repositioned the brand into mouth tape for its low cost and light inventory, before exiting the category as health compliance tightened. Applying these learnings, I intentionally relaunched the brand with a low-capital test of pilates socks using pre-manufactured products. Across iterations, I built and managed an Amazon store, a Walmart store, and an Etsy store, leading launch strategy for 7 Amazon SKUs, 3 Walmart SKUs, and 8 Etsy SKUs while owning brand aesthetics and marketplace presentation end to end.

Founded and scaled ame gemella, a premium pet goods brand built entirely without investors and limited capital. Launched in an emerging luxury pet category, the brand helped set an early standard for elevated design, material quality, and visual storytelling. I created the brand identity, narrative, and aesthetic from the ground up and custom-designed all 5 SKUs. The brand initially launched in November 2022 with 2 SKUs to test market demand before expanding. I built the Instagram community organically from zero to 3,000+ followers with no paid growth, while launching and managing the brand across Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and Instagram. The first year of launching the brand, ame gemella earned 5+ media features across Vogue and GQ, reinforcing credibility and positioning. I also led all brand and product visuals, including marketplace imagery, infographics, and Amazon A+ content, ensuring consistency across owned and marketplace channels.
