With a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of the body and mind, I am dedicated to helping students of all levels find their inner peace, strength, and flexibility. As a professional yoga instructor, I specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga, and I am always expanding my knowledge through ongoing training and education.
