TechCare is undoubtedly one of the best tech companies in Bangladesh. I feel truly fortunate to have been a part of TechCare, even for a short time as a UX designer. During my time there, I had the incredible opportunity to work closely with two senior product designers, which was something I never imagined I would experience so early in my career. The real world experience I gained from working with them was truly a masterpiece for me. From understanding real product scale to learning how to positively handle client feedback, I learned these things deeply during my time there. What I enjoyed the most was working with the design system, which gave me valuable hands on experience and strengthened my foundation as a designer.
