Usually Python, because of its awesome ecosystem. If there are special requirements for your program I may also use Javascript or Ruby. Whatever tool fits the challenge.
What kind of information do I have to give you before you can start working on my bot?
I will need to know the following: - What platform(s) you want to run the bot on - What features you roughly need - What kind of questions the bot will have to answer - What kind of audience the bot will have to face That's all :)
