Manager Wireless Operations

 Monitoring & maintenance of WLL network, including responsibility for BSCs, the DRS network, and associated servers/NMSs.  Collaborating with IP Core, PS Core, RF optimization, and EVO back-office teams to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues.  Plan and implement new projects effectively, coordinating with network deployment team and vendors to conduct pre-PAT.  Comprehensive analysis & troubleshooting of hardware faults, coupled with monitoring and maintenance of WLL MW NEs.  Vigilant monitoring of BTS outages and supervision of the field team to resolve faults and reduce BTS downtime.  Maintaining an up-to-date IP plan sheet for BTS and DRS links to ensure seamless operations.  Managing hardware inventory, environment, and power for WLL BTS and other wireless network nodes.  Participating in meetings with GM, EVP, and Ufone officials to drive overall improvements in the wireless network.  Train subordinates, recognize and appreciate employees for their performance, & provide guidance for better work execution. Projects:  To resolve the choking issue, a 200 Mbps NERA DRS link has been installed between the Chapri Hill DRS Solar Repeater and Khurra Exchange, District Khushab, utilizing existing resources, resulting in a CAPEX saving of Rs. 1.1 million.  To resolve the choking issue, a 200Mbps NERA DRS link between Padhrar DRS Repeater Hill and Padhrar Exchange, District Khushab has been successfully installed utilizing existing resources, resulting in a CAPEX savings of Rs. 1.2 million.
