During my time at KPMG, I gained hands-on experience in a professional audit and advisory environment, working across multiple finance and administrative functions. My core responsibilities included bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with IFRS and IAS standards, as well as performing data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy. I regularly worked with Microsoft Excel for financial modelling, data analysis, and report preparation — including pivot tables, formulas, and structured spreadsheets for client reporting. I also assisted in preparing tax returns and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations and deadlines. My role extended to creating professional presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and client-facing meetings, summarizing financial findings in a clear and visually structured format. I also handled Word documentation for reports, engagement letters, and formal correspondence. Working at KPMG sharpened my ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial data, and communicate effectively within a team of qualified professionals. This experience gave me a strong foundation in both technical finance skills and professional workplace standards — which I now bring to every freelance project I deliver on Fiverr.
