I've spent 5 years automating online businesses, starting with my own stores on Shopify, Amazon and Etsy. I build n8n, Make and Zapier workflows that move data between your apps: forms into Google Sheets, orders into a CRM, reports to Slack. Each one has retries and error alerts. I set up Airtable bases with linked tables, interfaces and automations, and scrape websites into clean CSV or Google Sheets. I also format manuscripts as EPUB and print-ready PDF for Amazon KDP. I source and buy premium branded power tools, hand tools and high-end kitchen appliances for resale on Shopify and Amazon. - Direct work with authorized distributors and brand representatives in Europe: account opening, dealer price lists, trade terms and allocation of limited models. - Negotiating purchase prices, volume discounts, payment terms, minimum order quantities and delivery schedules. - Checking every supplier for brand authorization, so products sold as new carry the full manufacturer's warranty. - Landed cost and margin calculations covering freight, customs, VAT, platform fees and returns before any order is placed. - Seasonal buying plans built on sales data, so stock is in the warehouse before peak demand. - Inspection on arrival, damage claims with carriers and suppliers, and returns handled by the rules of each marketplace. Buyers in this segment expect original products, a valid warranty and careful packaging. I apply the same standard to every order and every client project.
