He is very smart technically, but not so good with dealing with customers or addressing any concerns that you might have. You would have to really push him a lot to get what you are asking for.

Some friend of mine has recommended Yanxia for me to review my manufactured PCBs before sending it so I can save money and time cause he's Chinese that gave him an advantage as JLCPCB factory is there and that will be much better like one stop shop for all PCB services.
