Still typing invoice data by hand? I build AI tools that read PDF invoices, bills and documents and turn them into clean data in Excel, CSV or your database.


I built this for a company that processes hundreds of utility bills: an AI pipeline that reads each PDF, extracts the fields and loads them into their CRM, plus a desktop app the sales team uses to convert batches of PDFs to Excel.


What it handles:

  • Different layouts and suppliers, without one template per supplier
  • Scanned documents (OCR) and native PDFs
  • Validation of totals, dates and tax IDs, with a list of what needs review
  • Batch processing of whole folders

Output: Excel, CSV, JSON, MySQL or directly into your system through its API.


Delivered as a script, a web tool or a Windows desktop app (Electron), whatever suits your team.
