During my tenure with the Bin Rashid Chemicals, I was responsible for managing and internally auditing the complete inventory system to ensure accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency. I conducted detailed stock reconciliations, verified purchase and sales records, and ensured that all inventory movements were properly recorded and aligned with physical counts. I was also responsible for maintaining and managing all financial records in QuickBooks. This included recording journal entries, managing ledgers, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial summaries, and ensuring that all transactions were properly categorized. By maintaining well-structured and up-to-date financial data in QuickBooks, I helped the company maintain compliance and gain clear financial visibility. Throughout my role, I demonstrated strong analytical skills, integrity, and a commitment to financial accuracy. My contributions supported better financial control, improved reporting standards, and enhanced operational efficiency. I left the company in January 2026 due to a low compensation package, as I was seeking a role that better reflected my experience, responsibilities, and professional growth.

There were issues from the start that had a domino effect. Communication issues with the seller and designer. Conflicting comments about revisions. No creatives completed even after ~14 days. Had to provide many revision requests multiple times since it was overlooked. And there were clear typos/flaws...
