I'm Xiaochun Ran (Alex). Our team brings approximately 15 years in domestic e-commerce and corporate gift customization, connecting supplier communication, artwork, samples, orders and delivery.
BASIC: 2 supplier leads, source links, public contacts and fit notes; no outreach.
STANDARD: 5 suppliers, RFQs and an English comparison of available replies.
PREMIUM: Standard plus up to 2 follow-up rounds, a recommendation and sample/production action plan.

What will I receive?
An English supplier-comparison spreadsheet and sourcing summary with source links, available contacts, MOQ, materials, customization, price/currency, stated lead time, sample requirements, reply status and recommended next steps, according to your package.
Do you guarantee quotations or supplier replies?
No. Standard and Premium include outreach; I record actual replies, follow-up dates, unanswered requests and conflicting information. A published supplier statement is kept separate from a quotation confirmed for your specification.
Can you help with custom products?
Yes. Our examples include printed totes, paper-cup artwork, umbrellas and panda-shaped power banks. I clarify specifications, branding, materials, MOQ and samples. Artwork development, production and ongoing order management need a separately agreed custom offer.
Are samples, shipping and factory visits included?
The packages cover digital research and the stated outreach/reporting. Physical goods, sample fees, testing, freight, travel and on-site work are separately scoped and priced before you approve them. I can coordinate the next steps with suitable suppliers and logistics partners.
Is this a factory audit or certification service?
No. I review available information and flag gaps. Factory audits, laboratory testing and certification are handled by appropriately qualified providers. We agree any specialist coordination separately.
What does one revision include?
Corrections or clarifications within your original product brief. A new product, specification, additional supplier search or ongoing operations requires a separate agreement.
How do we communicate?
Use Fiverr messages for the brief, questions, approvals and progress. I provide clear written English, linking each update to the relevant specification, supplier, artwork version or order. Communication and payment stay on Fiverr.
What if suppliers have not replied by the delivery date?
I deliver the agreed research and outreach log, marking missing replies and quotations. Premium includes up to two follow-up rounds within its scope. Further follow-up can be discussed through Fiverr.
Which products do you focus on?
Corporate and school gifts, custom totes, packaging, paper cups, umbrellas, printed promotional products and related merchandise. Our broader domestic commerce experience also supports product-data checks and supplier coordination. Message me with your specification first.
Can you support ongoing orders and ERP workflows?
Yes, through a separate custom offer. Our documented domestic operation uses Wanliniu ERP, shared workbooks and VLOOKUP for order checks, dispatch, reconciliation and after-sales follow-up. We agree volume, systems, working hours, reporting and responsibilities before starting.
