Are your NAS, server, or containers suddenly misbehaving? Permissions broken, shares offline, Docker refusing to start, or Plex buffering a lot?
You get an experienced homelab admin who will diagnose the issue and fix it remotely while explaining what went wrong so it is less likely to happen again.
I work with:
- Synology, Ugreen, Unraid, TrueNAS, Proxmox
- Docker and Docker Compose stacks
- Plex, Jellyfin, Sonarr, Radarr, SABnzbd, qBittorrent, Prowlarr
- Ubiquiti and home network equipment
- Linux (Ubuntu or Debian), Windows Server and desktop
You will get:
- Remote troubleshooting via AnyDesk, Teamviewer or SSH
- Clear communication in English or Dutch
- A short summary of what changed and simple recommendations
Before ordering, please send me a short message with:

What access do you need to my system?
I usually connect through Teamviewer or Anydesk to a PC inside your network, or via SSH/VPN if available. We will choose the safest and simplest option together before I start.
Is my data safe while you work?
I never delete or move important data unless we have agreed on it in writing. I always recommend that you have a recent backup before we start any work.
What if the issue cannot be fully fixed?
If we hit a limit such as hardware failure or ISP restrictions, I will document what I found and recommend clear next steps. You only pay for the booked session time, not for a guaranteed outcome.
Can you help with both NAS and virtualized homelabs?
Yes, I work with Synology, Ugreen, Unraid, TrueNAS, Proxmox, and bare‑metal Linux or Windows setups, including Docker and common media stacks like Plex, Sonarr, and Radarr.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance or monitoring?
If you want ongoing help, I can create a custom offer for regular checkups or scheduled sessions based on your needs.
Which languages and time zones do you support?
I speak English and Dutch and work mainly in European time zones and early US times, but I can schedule sessions for other regions on request.
