He was really easy to communicate with and helped me throughout the entire ranking process. He got me midway into gc1 and played with me the whole time. He also played on my servers so I wouldn't have high ping while we played.

Absolute blast to work with Jay! He gets the session going as soon as possible, and is quick to communicate with you. He clearly wants the sale, and delivers great quality.
