Initial Business Setup:
Is your business already using any cloud accounting software (like Intuit QuickBooks Online or QBO)? If not, I will begin by setting it up for you.
Chart of Accounts (CoA):
If your preferred cloud accounting software doesn't have a Chart of Accounts set up, I will create one tailored to your business needs.
Categorization & Bank Reconciliation:

How many years of Accounting & Bookkeeping experience do you have?
I have more than 3 years of experience in the industry.
Do you do bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online on a monthly basis?
Yes, I can do bookkeeping on a monthly basis, but the fee depends on the number of transactions for that specific month.
How do I give you access to my QuickBooks Online account?
Log in to your QuickBooks Online account. In the top right corner, click the gear icon (cogwheel) > Manage Users > Accounting Firms > Invite.
Why do you ask for QuickBooks access before placing an order?
I make sure that the client's books are prepared for the work they are requesting. If I find discrepancies that need to be corrected before I begin, I will point them out to the client. If the client agrees to correct them, I will proceed.
My bank/credit card account is connected to QuickBooks. Why do you still need statements in PDF format?
Even if your bank/credit card is connected to your QBO account, I will still need statements to cross-check transactions with the QBO register, reconcile the account, and adjust PayPal/Stripe fees appropriately.
