Based on your drawing I can tell you which walls are likely non structural, and I design around anything that is uncertain. The final decision always needs a structural engineer or a local architect who can see the building on site. My layouts are design proposals, not structural approval.

An interior designer works within the rooms you already have. I change the rooms themselves, so walls, openings, circulation and functions. That is why you get several options with an explanation behind each one, instead of one styled result.

Four days for one layout, six days for two options and eight days for the full study. Faster delivery is available as an extra on every package. If your project is unusually large I will tell you the realistic timing before you order.

I work in AutoCAD and Vectorworks. You receive PDF, JPG and PNG as standard, and an editable DWG file is available as an extra if your architect or contractor needs to work with it.
