Duration

  • Contest duration will be September 22nd 2015 until October 20th 2015.
  • Final winners will be announced on October 22th 2015.

Fiverr Inc. (herein sometimes, “Fiverr”, “we,” “us” or “our”).

Participation:

  • Participation will be opened from September 22nd 2015/8am (EST) to October 20th 2015 /5pm (EST) to participants who are 18 years old or older.
  • Participation in the daily contest is free of charge and open to all. To enter for the weekly and grand prizes, you must sign in to your Fiverr account or create a new Fiverr account on the campaign landing page at http://www.fiverr.com/workmyway.
  • We will announce challenge CTAs every week on Tuesday/2pm (EST) that shall stay active for one week. To participate in the daily contest, you will need to post a photo via Instagram that fits that week's challenge CTA, tag our Instagram account (@Fiverr), and include the campaign-specific hashtag (#WorkMyWay). The photo must be original and shall not infringe any copyright or any other right of a third party. To participate in the weekly and grand prize contests, you must also enter to win via submission on the campaign landing page at http://www.fiverr.com/workmyway.
  • By participating in the contest, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Official Rules, the decision of the jury, which are final and binding in all matters.

The Photo

  • Participants will be able to submit photos every day for their chance to win the daily prize, but the submission will only be eligible considered if it fits that week's challenge CTA.
  • The photo must be original and shall not infringe any copyright or anyother right of a third party. The photo will comply with all applicable rules and regulations and will not infringe the rights of third parties or the sensibilities of the young, nor the respect of the human dignity, nor the privacy rights, nor the rights of privacy/publicity, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity. Will not be accepted any content liable to infringe upon public order and common decency or to incite discrimination or suicide; or messages whose content is insulting, defamatory, racist, obscene, offensive, pornographic, harassing, invasive of a person's privacy, liable to incite racial hatred, menacing, inflammatory, in breach of confidence, or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience or otherwise be a breach of the law; or whose content may affect the private life of a third party, the freedom, dignity, honor and/or reputation of others. We reserve the right to remove any content in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • By participating in the contest, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims inconsistent with the foregoing.
  • Fiverr retains the right to use any photo for Fiverr's marketing and promotion purposes.

The Contest

  • Contest duration will be September 22nd 2015 till October 20th 2015.
  • Participation will open on September 22nd 2015. We reserve the right to deny any participation for any reason without notice or explanation.
  • Daily, Weekly and Contest Winners will be selected by a panel of Fiverr employees.
  • We will announce challenge CTAs every week on Tuesday/2pm (EST) that shall stay active for one week.
  • Participants can submit photos daily for their chance to win, but the submission will only be considered for judging if they fit that week's challenge CTA.
  • Daily winners will be selected by 12pm (EST) based on the number of engagements it has garnered on Instagram, composition, creativity, and how well it fits that week's challenge CTA.
  • Weekly winners will be selected by a panel of Fiverr employees from the list of participants who signed on or registered on the campaign landing page http://www.fiverr.com/workmyway.
  • Contest winners will be selected by October 22nd 2015.
  • We reserve the right to extend or change any deadline periods.

Winners & Prizes

Daily winners will be announced every day/11am (EST).
Weekly winners will be announced every Tuesday/12pm (EST).
Grand prize winner will be announced on October 22nd 2015/2pm (EST).

Daily Prize

Prices General

  • Prizes are solely as stated and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes may be exchanged for cash value or substituted at our sole discretion. All taxes, duties, fees or other expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prizes will be awarded.
  • Prizes will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the announcement to winners who have submitted a valid postal address. Prizes will not be replaced if lost or damaged in delivery.
  • To receive a prize, winners will be contacted by Fiverr by Instagram direct message (daily prize) or email (weekly and grand prizes). Each winner agrees to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. A winner's prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner upon the occurrence of any of the following: (i) the failure of winner to confirm acceptance of the prize and return any required documents within seven (7) days of prize notification by us; (ii) the return of a prize or prize notification to us as non-deliverable; or (iii) determination by us that winner is ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation of the Contest - Changes of Terms

We reserve the right to cancel the contest and/or change the present terms and conditions should circumstances so require, at any time, without notice nor obligation to justify our decision and we cannot be held responsible for it.

Additional Terms

  • All participations and photos must be in compliance and consistent with the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Breach of these terms may result in disqualification.
  • This contest is not sponsored, promoted, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. All participants hereby release Instagram from any and all liability related to the contest.
  • Our Privacy Policy is a part of these Contest Terms and hereby incorporated by reference.
