Layers Of Alaska Boutique is a small shop where the owner kept answering the same questions at all hours: where is my order, what is the return policy, is this in stock. Meanwhile, abandoned carts got no follow-up. In one month I fixed that. I listened to how customers really reached out, then built an AI assistant that handles repeat questions around the clock and hands real problems to the owner with full context, so nobody explains twice.
