I focus on finding and onboarding affiliates that actually drive sales, not just signups. Most brands don’t have a traffic problem, they have a quality problem. I help fix that by sourcing affiliates who already have buying audiences, not just followers. I reach out across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and niche communities, and I look for people who are already influencing purchase decisions, even at a small level. My vetting process is simple but strict: I check if their audience engages, not just likes I look at how they talk about products, not just how often they post I avoid coupon-only and low intent traffic sources I prioritize creators who can naturally sell without forcing it I also handle onboarding, making sure affiliates understand the offer, positioning and how to promote without sounding spammy. Set up and refined the affiliate program for Le Chocolat des Îles brand using GoAffPro affiliate software, focusing on making the program more attractive and easier for influencers to join and promote. Worked directly with the client to improve both the structure and presentation of the affiliate portal, not just the setup.
