The art didn't really meet my expectations, and I doubt revisions would solve it. They were polite and responded whenever they could, but I expected a much better quality and understanding based on their high rating. If you work with them, make sure they understand you completely and that they don't rush it.

Repeatedly restated product dimensions because they kept forgetting. Final product delivered with mostly correct dimensions, icons wrong dimensions. Quoted 8 days, waited till the last minute to begin (they send you a message when they're starting), product looked and was clearly rushed to meet deadline....
