What file formats do you need from me to get started?
I can work with almost any format — Word (.doc/.docx), Excel, PowerPoint, existing PDF, scanned image, or even a photo of a paper form. If you have a rough sketch or a list of fields you need, that works too. Just send whatever you have and I'll take it from there.
Will the form work on all devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile?
Yes. All forms I create are fully compatible with Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) on desktop, tablet, and mobile. They also open correctly in most PDF viewers on iOS and Android. If you need browser-based filling (no download required), let me know before ordering and I'll advise on the best approach.
What is conditional logic and do I need it?
Conditional logic means certain fields only appear based on how a previous question is answered. For example: if someone selects "Yes" to "Do you have insurance?", a new section asking for insurance details automatically appears. If they select "No", that section stays hidden.
Is the e-signature field legally binding?
The e-signature fields I add are compatible with Adobe Sign and DocuSign workflows, which are legally recognized in most countries under laws like the ESIGN Act (USA) and eIDAS (EU). However, the legal enforceability of a specific signature depends on your jurisdiction and use case.
My form is more than 5 pages — can you still help?
Absolutely. The Premium package covers unlimited pages, and I regularly work on complex 10–20 page legal and medical documents. If your form is unusually large, just message me before ordering with the details. I'll give you an accurate quote and timeline. No surprises.
Can you match my company branding — logo, fonts, and colors?
Yes, full branding is included in the Premium package and available as a paid add-on for Basic and Standard. Just share your logo file (PNG or SVG preferred), brand colors (hex codes if you have them), and any font preferences. I'll make the form look like it was designed in-house by your team.
I'm not sure which package is right for me — how do I choose?
Simple rule: Basic is for a single-page form with straightforward fields (text, checkboxes, dropdowns). Standard is for multi-page forms that need conditional logic, e-signature, or picture upload — this covers most legal and medical use cases. Premium is for complex, branded documents.
Do you edit or modify official documents?
No, I don't modify official documents such as IDs, passports, driver’s licenses, bank statements, death or birth certificates, etc.
