I have great expertise of coaching outside of esports, I have managed and coached many youth footballers and adults, I have coaching / managing a adults male team for over 8 years. I like to bring the things I have learnt from traditional sports into counter strike as it can be greatly effective in team situations and in general the overall grind to become a better player or even ambitions one day, to become bro.

After 5 years of coaching the academy program and with two academy players being promoted, I then was given the amazing oppurtunity alongside all five of my academy players to be promoted to the MAIN team of a prestigious organisation, which felt like a dream come true.

Really fantastic coach! Whitey gave me a new perspective in my gameplay, and we did a very deep dive into the two demos that we looked at. They helped pin out some of my personal problem spots, and were very professional while doing so. The entire session was recorded as well by them, to watch back. 10/10 all around, fantastic experience
