I manage software projects from initial client request and requirements through planning, team coordination, QA/UAT, release, and ongoing support. Since 2012, I have delivered web, mobile, CRM/ERP, and Unity/VR/AR projects with distributed developers, designers, contractors, and client teams. Key projects include an enterprise CRM/ERP for a company with two offices and approximately 30 remote sites, a React Native city platform connecting around 150 organizations and reaching approximately 9,100 downloads, municipal websites, and interactive museum and industrial installations.
