I do. I provide a number of weapon assets for your projects. Hiring me for more work will allow you to save money without sacrificing quality because long-term packages are more affordable than single contracts.
Is it possible to start a project without a reference image?
It is not necessary for a reference image to be a completely developed 2D idea design. It might be a description of the item you want or a very simple visual representation with only lines. And I can suggest some references according to your idea.
