I was happy with the final edit of my project. The only frustration I have is the response time. There are times when I can't ask about revisions for over a day before hearing back which causes the video premiere date to be pushed back. If virtual call capabilities was available, it would help with communication.

I was not sure what to expect as this is the first editor I've worked with. Unfortunately I should have paid closer attention to the other negative comments that were already shared.

There was an extreme lack of attention to detail. Revision requests were very detailed and it would still be 2 and 3 of additional revisions needed to get it right. The additional fees associated with expedited delivery weren’t worth it when taking the time it took ti get it right into condensation.

Definitely not worth the money and the sample of work does not seem to be her’s as what you get is nothing like the video she sends you. Long delivery times and freelancer not being honest, when asked how much to wait she would say couple of hours and would take days. Even after explaining each edit/re-edit...
