Managed a challenging inventory liquidation project for an Italian client holding 5,000 units of electric products in a competitive marketplace. The client’s primary objective was to clear the inventory within 5 months, even at break-even or minimal loss. In the first month, 400 units were sold at a 20% loss while I focused on data collection, campaign restructuring, and strategic planning. I implemented advanced PPC strategies, including optimized campaign segmentation, keyword targeting, bid adjustments, and conversion-focused listing improvements. As a result of continuous optimization and performance monitoring, the remaining inventory was completely sold within the next 2 months—well ahead of the initial timeline. The campaigns achieved strong efficiency metrics, maintaining an average ACOS of 32% and TACOS of 23% during the scaling phase. Following this success, the client proceeded with a new inventory order, demonstrating trust in my PPC management and growth strategies.
