Sobre mim
I have a BSc degree in Psychology and a MSc degree in Forensic Psychology. I am interested in mindfulness and psychological disorders. I have worked in highly demanding environment in which I have delivered MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) courses. I have a longstanding meditation practice and regularly teach meditation to group of people.
I am also a keen photographer and take shots of mainly people and landscapes. I have worked on different projects (personal and collaborations) resulting in getting awards for my photographic and editing skills by IPA (International Photo Awards).
