I run VSN, a small software company in Osijek, Croatia. I fix email authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. If your invoices or quotes are landing in spam, nothing bounces and nothing warns you. The first sign is a customer saying they never got it, weeks later. I find what is wrong, repair it, and prove it is fixed from what the receiving servers say about your mail afterwards, not from a checker's opinion. I never need your DNS or mailbox password. I run VSN j.d.o.o., a software company in Osijek, Croatia (EU). Two lines of work. Email authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC found, repaired, and verified from the receiving side rather than from a checker's opinion. And software that turns messy data into something usable: invoices, statements, ledgers and PDFs. Fixed price against a defined deliverable, so the cost and the date are agreed before anything starts. Nothing is subcontracted. Everything in writing. Two pieces of my own work are live and public, and can be opened and judged before hiring me: remora2.vsn.hr/scan, a duplicate-payment scanner for supplier ledgers that runs entirely in the browser with no upload, and nerve.vsn.hr, a B2B ordering portal for distributors.
