Stage 1 Build & Launch
We design and configure your HubSpot: map the sales process, set up pipelines and properties, connect key tools, add essential automations, import clean data, and prepare basic dashboards. The goal is a reliable, ready-to-use system.
Stage 2 Stabilize & Optimize
After launch, we support adoption: monitor usage, fix issues, fine-tune workflows and reports, improve data quality, and align HubSpot with real-world feedback. The goal is a smooth, confident team and measurable results.

How long does it take to go live?
Most teams go live in about four weeks once access and inputs are provided.
What do you need from us to start?
Your involvement is needed, I will guide you through the process, but you need to be available to provide all needed information about your company. Also, it is best to have an early adopter, who will start using and testing the setup on very early stages (after week 1).
Can you work with our existing HubSpot?
Yes. I audit what you have, keep what works, fix gaps, and document changes.
Do you migrate our data?
Yes. I clean, map, and import contacts, companies, and deals, then validate with a key user.
Which integrations can you connect?
Common tools like email, calendar, lead sources, ad platforms, and selected third-party apps supported by HubSpot. I can also do custom API integration, but this is subject to a discussion prior to starting the project.
Do you provide training?
Yes. I run a practical walkthrough for core users and share a simple admin guide.
What happens after launch?
During Stabilize and Optimize, we monitor usage, fix issues, tune workflows and reports, and align the system to real feedback.
