At first I was skeptical, you know, a CPA based in India. But he actually knew far more than I did about handling the 147C letter and dealing with the IRS. Their forms had to be filled up in 2-3 iterations as basic info like date of incorporation, amount, Taxation country, Residence country etc., were either not filled up or filled...
